
Prof. Dr Lina Mikalonienė, Full Professor of Commercial Law at Mykolas Romeris University (Vilnius), will deliver the first specialised seminar of the Master’s Degree in International and European Studies at the University of Valencia.

The seminar will focus on shareholders’ rights in non-listed companies and the legal remedies available within the European Union to protect their interests. Under the title Shareholders' rights and remedies in non-listed private limited liability companies, Professor Mikalonienė will examine the legal safeguards offered by EU corporate law and the key instruments available to defend shareholders in conflict situations.
This session opens the programme’s cycle of specialised seminars, designed to provide students with advanced and up-to-date training on essential issues in international and European law and governance.
