

“Caring for Ourselves to Care for Others: From Self-Care to Team Care” will be the topic presented on Thursday, 27 November, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., as part of the open seminar series of the Master’s Degree in Social Work in the Health Sector.
The session will be delivered by Lola Serna, social worker in the Mental Health Network of the Institut d’Assistència Sanitària of Girona. She is an expert in systemic family therapy, mediation, social expertise, and professional supervision. She is a member of the Professional College’s Supervision Committee and, among other responsibilities, supervises the Supervision Awareness Project.
This activity is aimed at students, professionals, lecturers and researchers, providing a space for reflection on health social work. It is organised by the eight universities that make up this master’s degree: the University of Alicante, University of Barcelona, University of Girona, University of the Balearic Islands, University of Lleida, University of Murcia, Rovira i Virgili University, and the University of Valencia, offering a shared space for learning and dialogue.
