We warmly welcome back our colleague Alicia Valls after completing a four-month stay at the Renal, Cardiovascular and Metabolic Pharmacology Group at NOVA Medical School in Lisbon, under the supervision of Dr Sofia de Azeredo Pereira.

Our team member Verónica Gómez took part in the PANGENOME 2025 Conference organised by the Spanish Society for Microbiology. Verónica presented her work entitled ‘The aryl hydrocarbon receptor modulates gut microbiota composition in a sex- and genotype-dependent manner in a murine model’ in poster session.
New website of the Research Group
