This seminar is conducted by the research group collaborating with the Neurolaw group (www.uv.es/neurolaw): Studies de Law y Political Science (UOC).

The 20th Neurolaw Seminar will take place on 24 November and will have the presence of expert Joaquín Cayón de las Cuevas and the title: ‘Nuevas tendencias legislativas en salud digital y neurotecnologías’ (New legislative trends in digital health and neurotechnologies).

Next 29 October, the 19th Neurolaw Seminar will be held, and will have expert Sabela Fondevila Estévez talking on ‘Magical thinking and social cognition: a look from cognitive neuroscience’.

The members of the Neurolaw Research Group will held a meeting on 1 October to discuss and approve different administrative issues.

The International Congress “Brains and Codes: Neuro-Rights in 21st Century Criminal Law”, promoted by the N³ research project on human neuro-rights, has opened its call for academic papers. Interested researchers may submit their proposals (abstracts of up to 5,000 characters, in Spanish or English...

On Friday, June 27, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., the fifth scientific meeting of the Neurolaw group will take place at the Casa de la Ciencia, the CSIC delegation in Valencia.
