Miguel Ángel Elizalde Carranza
The 23rd Neurolegal Seminar, entitled Neurotechnology within the framework of the European Union Artificial Intelligence Regulation, was the second seminar of 2026 and took place at the La Nau Cultural Centre, Gonzalo Montiel Hall.
Miguel Ángel Elizalde Carranza, Professor at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and Director of the Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Globalisation.
As with all the group’s neurolegal seminars, this activity is funded by the UV Faculty of Law.
