The 23rd Neurolegal Seminar, entitled "Neurotechnology within the framework of the European Union Artificial Intelligence Regulation", will be the second seminar of 2026 and will take place at the La Nau Cultural Centre, Gonzalo Montiel Hall.
It will feature Miguel Ángel Elizalde Carranza, Professor at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and Director of the Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Globalisation.
As with all the group’s neurolegal seminars, this activity is funded by the UV Faculty of Law.
