Call for the Seminar "Legal Challenges of Neurotechnologies"

On March 6, the Seminar "Legal Challenges of Neurotechnologies" will take place, organized by the Faculty of Law of the Universitat de València and the NeuroLaw Research Group (GIN) UV, in collaboration with the Department of Constitutional Law and Political Science and Public Administration UV.

The seminar “Legal Challenges of Neurotechnologies,” to be held on March 6, 2026, offers a space for interdisciplinary reflection on the impact of neurotechnologies on fundamental rights, governance, and the European regulatory framework. Through specialized lectures and academic debate, the event will address key issues such as neurorights, mental privacy, freedom of thought, and their integration into the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation, bringing together experts from the legal, philosophical, and scientific fields. This seminar features a program structured around five thematic areas.
