Rut Lucas has participated in various academic activities at the University of Costa Rica (UCR), where she delivered the lecture “Information Sources and Research Impact Assessment” at the School of Library and Information Science (EBCI).

Over the past few days, our director, Rut Lucas, has participated in various academic activities at the University of Costa Rica (UCR).

On August 26, she delivered a lecture titled “Information Sources and Research Impact Assessment” at the School of Library and Information Science (EBCI), alongside the School’s Director, Esteban González Pérez, and Professor Lorena Chaves.

Rut also met with Ramón Masís Rojas, Director of the UCR’s Graduate Program in Library and Information Studies, to share experiences and explore potential avenues for collaboration.

During her visit, she presented the group’s research areas and ongoing projects at a seminar dedicated to Open Science and Citizen Science.
