Short biography
Mª Paz Clares Garcia has graduated in chemistry from the University of Valencia in 2001. In 2002 began to work in the Group of Supramolecular Chemitry at the University of Valencia led by Dr. Enrique García-España. There, she began to do his doctoral thesis about macrocycles lariat ether, defending it in 2011, thus obtaining the phD. Since then and until now, continues to work as a research technician in the field of Supramolecular Chemistry, more specifically in design, synthesis and characterization of polyamine compounds and their study with metal ions and anions of biological and environmental interest, their behavior as Mimetic enzymatic and anti-tumour and/or antiparasitic agents.
