Universitat de València and Gandía City Council to present the Chair of Territory Thinking Joan Noguera and its new social and economic observatory, aplace for analysing and reflecting on Gandía and the region’s progress, on 7 February 2025

The event will take place in Gandía’s Urbalab with Gandía’s major, José Manuel Prieto and Universitat de València’s Principal, Mª Vicenta Mestre.

Gandía's Urbalab is the public space for social and digital innovation in Gandía, supporting workers, enterpreneurs small companies and citizens (C/ Fundación Vicent Ferrer, 6. Gandía)
Society and economics representatives are invited to the event. The Region Observatory first reports linked to the Chair, led by Joan del Alcázar and Adrià Ferrandis.
Chair of Territory Thinking Joan Noguera comes from the collaboration between Universitat de València and Gandía’s City Council. Focused on analysing, planning and managing the territory of the La Safor region in the Valencian Community.
The Chair of Territory Thnking Joan Noguera’s Territory Observatory is an online platform, still in progress, that will showcase the results on their analysis. They aim to produce and compile reports, graphs and data of interest with access to them.
