Article 1. The Universitat de València organises the charity race with the aim of helping the people of Ukraine, within the action plan "Universitat de València amb Ucraïna". The race will take place on Saturday April 30th, starting at 10 am.
Article 2. The start and finish line will be located on the esplanade near the Palau de la Música. It is a 5 km race that can be done running or walking, by people of any age, adults and/or children.

Article 3. GENERAL REGISTRATION:
- 5 or 10 € depending on your possibilities. In both cases 0.50 will be charged per registration made with TPV.
- Registration will take place at: www.megustacorrer.com
- The deadline for registration is Thursday April 28th at 14.00.
- Registrations will be allowed on the day of the race according to availability at a price of €10.
- Together with the registration you can make a separate donation, your help is very much needed.
- It is possible to purchase a shirt number 0 for people who want to make a donation and cannot participate in the race.
Article 4. It is a NON COMPETITIVE race.
Article 5. The distribution of shirts will take place at:
- UVesports Department, Blasco Ibañez Campus (Avd. Menéndez y Pelayo, 19) Friday April 29th from 10.00 to 14.00 h and from 16.00 to 20.00 h.
- On Saturday it can also be collected on the esplanade in front of the Palau de la Música (Race Zone) from 8.00 to 9.45 h.
Article 6. The route consists of a 5 km lap. The final race will take place at 10.00 h.
Article 7. The organisation, in compliance with current legislation, will provide the corresponding Accident and Civil Liability insurance for all participants officially registered for the race within the registration period.
Article 8. All participants, by the fact of taking the start, accept these regulations; in case of doubt, the organisation's criteria will prevail.
Article 9. Any manipulation of the shirt will automatically disqualify the athlete. In the event of a complaint, this shall be the sole responsibility of the organisers. By registering, the participant accepts this article.
Article 10. Medical services and ambulances will be located in the vicinity of the finish line.
ACCEPTANCE OF REGULATIONS
- Participants, by registering freely and voluntarily, declare that they are aware of and fully accept these regulations. In case of doubt or if any situation arises that is not reflected in these regulations, the organisation's decision will prevail.
- By registering, the participant declares the following; "I am in optimal health to participate in the Charity Race "Universitat de València amb Ucraïna". Furthermore, I exempt the organisation, sponsors or other participating institutions from any responsibility for any accident or injury that I may suffer before, during and/or after the sporting event, renouncing any legal action against any of these entities".
- All runners and participants of the event must behave in an exemplary manner with the environment and use the litter bins.
- During the race, the race number must be worn on the front of the shirt without being folded or manipulated and always clearly visible. Failure to comply with this article may result in disqualification.
- Any person who runs without being registered does so at his/her own risk and is not eligible to participate in gifts and prizes.
- By registering for the Charity Race "Universitat de València amb Ucraïna", participants give their consent for the Universitat and A.D.C. Nou Píndaro to process their personal data for the purpose of managing the race.
- Likewise, and in accordance with the sporting, promotional, distribution and exploitation interests of the "Universitat de València amb Ucraïna" Charity Race, the reproduction of images and photographs of the race, etc. by means of any device (Internet, advertising, etc.) and without any time limit is accepted.
- The Circuit runs through the "Jardines del Turia” [Turia Gardens], a completely flat and dirt track, signposted kilometre by kilometre.
COVID-19 PROTOCOL: WILL BE APPLIED ACCORDING TO THE REGULATIONS AT THE TIME OF THE RACE, BUT THE USE OF THE MASK IS RECOMMENDED AT TIMES OF OVERCROWDING, AS A PRECAUTION.
