The fifth call for FORTHEM Collective Short-Term Mobility projects is open for applicants who wish to organise a Collective Short-Term Mobility. The application form must be filled in, detailing the envisaged activity, the type of funding they wish to apply for (FORTHEM or Erasmus+ Short-Term Mixed Funding), the structures involved and the envisaged funding, as well as the requirements to be fulfilled by the prospective student applicants.
It is also possible to send the application to the local FORTHEM Office by email including all the information in the online form.
One or several members of one of the FORTHEM universities (university faculty) as well as one of their student associations may apply.
Students can apply for support to participate in an STM in two periods:
- In autumn 2023 a centralised call for student applications will be launched for activities to be organised between March 2024 and August 2024.
- A new call for student applications will be launched in spring 2024 for activities to be organised between September 2024 and February 2025.
The total number of participating students will be around 24 incoming students (3 per FORTHEM university), to which will be added the local students foreseen and selected by the organisation.
The local FORTHEM Office will assist in the management of the students' applications and in the selection process.
The deadline for applications is 13 September 2023.
Selected projects will be announced through the FORTHEM partnership network, and the results of the selection process will be notified to applicants by 9 October 2023.
