Do I have to seek out the host entity or does the UV seek it out for me?
The search for the host entity is part of the content of the traineeship and must be the responsibility of the student. Even so, the Universitat de València helps you to look for international internships in the following ways:
- The centre's Traineeship Commission compiles the offer of traineeships which will also include entities located in the international field. This list is composed of the entities provided by ADEIT and the contacts that the Traineeship Coordinator or another member of the centre may have.
- In the International Relations website (https://www.uv.es/uvweb/college/en/international-relations/international-relations/official-announcements-1285935975996.html), on the tab Erasmus Placement Programme > Outgoing> Find an institution, you will find useful links to entities that offer internships.
-
What is the minimum and maximum duration for receiving the Erasmus Traineeship scholarship?
- Minimum duration: 2 months
Maximum duration financed: 4 months (the duration of the internship may be longer than 4 months, but the extra months will not be financed by the Erasmus+ programme).
Start and end dates must be within the same academic year: from 1 September to 30 September.
- Minimum duration: 2 months
-
Should I seek out the host institution or will the UV seek it out for me?
The search for the host entity is part of the content of the internship and should be the responsibility of the student. The centre's Internship Committee compiles the internship offer where companies in Europe will also be included. This list is made up of the entities provided by ADEIT and the contacts that the placement coordinator or another member of the centre may have. You can ask your mobility and/or internship coordinator to help you.

If you have received a notification you must answer it first and then upload the documents we ask you for. Because of the coronavirus crisis I had to come home, what do I do now?
If the host company has offered you to continue with an online internship, you should follow them as if you were there. If this is the case, you should not present your certificate of stay from Entreu until you have finished your internship, as the period shown on your certificate will be paid. If you are not offered this alternative you must contact your mobility and/or internship coordinator to see if they can find you an alternative. If you do not have your certificate of stay, please insist that the company sends it to you by e-mail.
