Àngels Dasí is Associate Professor of the Department of Business Management at the UV. The current research and teaching are focused on the interrelation between firms internationalization and innovation processes. She has investigated the processes linked to the digital transformation of SMEs and the innovation in their business models. In the International Business (IB) field , she has focused on the management of the multinational company (MNCs) and the relationships between parent companies and subsidiaries. Addiyionally, among her interests are the knowledge management and the coordination and control mechanisms applied within MNCs. She is Principal Investigator of the research project financed by the Spanish Science Ministery PID 162556-NB-I00 under the title "Digital Transformation and Business Model Innovation as Drivers for Spanish SMEs Internationalization and Competitiveness", which is developed by the EMPINNOVA research group (UV) (2025-2028).

 She is Associate Editor of the journal Business Research Quarterly and belongs to the Editorial Board of the European Management Journal. She has been ​​a member of the Editorial Review Board of Global Strategy Journal. Professor Dasí has been visiting scholar at Copenhagen Business School (Denmark), BI Norwegian Business School, Bocconi University (Italy) and Ecole de Management de Lyon (France). She has published her research in various international journals such as Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of World Business, Technovation, International Business Review, Management International Review, or Advances in International Management.

Moreover, she is co-author of various text books on International Business and Business Management. Professor Dasí was the Coordinator for the EEES of the Faculty of Economics from 2006 to 2009. She is currently the coordinator of the third course of the Bachelor in International Business of the Faculty of Economics.
