Biography

Linked to the University since 2010 as an associate for 9 years at UMA, UAX, UMH and UV combined with the Podiatry profession (since 2002), with the teacher. His function as PDI has given results reflected in more than 50 articles in national and international magazines; author of 1 book, and co-author of book chapters. Member of the FROG UV Multidisciplinary research team (Fragility and aging), in 2019; and external collaborator of the Health and Podiatry Research team of the UDC. Member of the Health and Podiatry Research Unit (UDISAP) Extensive teaching activity, in Diploma and Degree in Podiatry, within the Practicum subjects, integrated podiatry clinic, podiatric care for risky feet, podiatric surgery, podiatric pathology, therapeutic strategies, foot of risk and biomechanics. Coordinator of general podiatry, podiatric biomechanics and applied podiatric and therapeutic pathology. Professor of the Master of Oncology Nursing at the UV, directing TFM. Guardianship of more than 45 TFG in UMH, UV and UAX, 35 TFG courts, and four Thesis courts in different Universities. He currently directs one. Diploma in Podiatry University Expert in Biomechanics and Orthopedics of the Foot. University Expert in Antepie Medical Surgical Podiatry, Master in Health Care Research Teaching seminars and in other universities. Erasmus stay, and research stays, two months at UGr and one month in UEx Escola superior de Saúde Cruz Vermelha Lisbon Portugal, and Starfordshire University United Kingdom. Start date: January 1, 2020 End date: December 31, 2021 Duration: 2 years Participating Institutions: University of Valencia, Complutense University of Madrid, University of Extremadura, University of Seville Number of Researchers: 5. Coordinator of the research project teaching innovation Interdisciplinary Learning Through Cooperative Work in the Field of ICTs and Health Sciences Collaborator of internally funded research projects. Morphological evaluation of intrinsic and extrinsic musculature in subjects with and without plantar fasciopathy Included in 2 research groups. External reviewer for several JCR journals. 1 doctoral thesis directed. Teaching of more than 1000 hours in the Podiatry Degree. External collaborator of IBV through OTRI research contract through article 83 LOU with Universitat Carlemany. In relation to the impacts of multi- and interdisciplinary and multicentric research projects, it has resulted in the publication in open access journals of similar studies in terms of quality of life related to health in special population groups, with chronic diseases, through the application of information and communication technologies, and the use of tools related to these, in order to increase knowledge in various subjects and areas of knowledge. As limitations, I work to increase the scientific publications indexed in the JCR through the membership in research groups
