Rosa García Lopera is Professor of the Department of Physical Chemistry at the University of Valencia.
Her teaching activity has focused mainly on General Chemistry subjects (theory and laboratories) for first-year students of different Degrees such as Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Pharmacy. Since the 2005-06 academic year, she has participated in educational projects of Educational Innovation of the Faculty of Chemistry, teaching with the methodology adopted by the EEES. This activity has been reflected in publications in teaching journals and in participation in workshops to improve the teaching of Chemistry as INDOQUIM (Teaching Innovation in Chemistry). In 2014, she received the Award for Teaching Excellence granted by the Social Council of the UV and Generalitat Valenciana.
Her research activity is framed in the area of Polymers and Macromolecules in dissolution, reflecting his contribution in more than sixty publications in prestigious international scientific journals and in the participation in numerous congresses, conferences and symposiums.
