Professor Luna has published 64 scientific articles in prestigious international journals such as: British Journal of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Employee Relations, Personnel Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, Applied Research in Quality of Life, European Journal of International Management, Applied Psychology: An International Review, Management and Organizational Review, Management Research, European Sport Management Quarterly, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Journal of Economic Psychology, International HR Journal, Organization Theory and Behavior, among other.

He has written 19 books, the last 7 being professional outreach. He has written 26 book chapters. He has directed as IP Research projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, as well as other competitive projects. He has presented 117 communications to scientific congresses. And he has taught courses and seminars both at universities and at companies or business associations. In recent years he has given more than 100 national and international conferences to companies as well as professional associations and other public or university institutions. Likewise, it has been developed in companies with collaboration agreements with the university in climate studies, personnel selection, headhunting or talent management, among many other HR issues.
