The Criminal Law Department is located on the fourth floor of the Faculty of Law (Central Departmental Building), Tarongers Campus (Av. Tarongers, unnumbered), one of the campuses of the University of Valencia.

The professors' offices are located in areas B and C, and the office of the secretary in the office 4P05 in the central corridor.

The Department also has an assembly hall with capacity for 60 people (4P-05 bis), a conference and meeting hall (4P-06) and a classroom for doctorate studies (4P-10). Adjunct professors and guest researchers are in offices 4P-08 and 4P-09.
