Professors Silvia Barona and Carlos Esplugues participate in the II International Congress on Procedural Law and Maritime Law. Dispute Resolution in the Maritime Transport of Goods, on 22 and 23 July 2020. A Congress organised by the University of Malaga and which has numerous Spanish and international exhibitors, especially from Latin American Centres and Universities.
Professor Barona presented her paper on "Mediation and its benefits in maritime transport" and Professor Esplugues with a paper on "Maritime arbitration".
