Carmen Barrón López, student of the Master’s in Law, Business and Justice, and collaborator of MedArb and Prometeo Research Groups, defended her Doctoral Thesis entitled “Prevention, management and resolution of conflicts in family businesses”, on 1st October 2020, in room Victor Fairén of the Law Faculty of the Universitat de València.

Her doctoral thesis tutor was Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult Silvia Barona Vilar, Professor of Procedural Law at the UV and Director of one of the two research groups mentioned above.

The thesis obtained the highest qualification of outstanding cum laude.
