From 1 to 8 July, 2025 the Dr. Elena Martínez García has done a research stay in the MPI of Hamburg with the aim of recollecting the last trends in matters of climatic justice in the world. Said stay has been funded by the Prometo Jusost CIPROM 2023-64 Project (GV).

As for the valuation of the experience, Elena Martínez claims: “The stay has been a success since I was able to find, read and integrate into my work: ”Hacia nuevos paradigmas de justicia en un mundo vulnerable y sostenible”. Specifically, I have developed the conceptualisation diagram of the interests worthy of protection for the coming generations to be defended both through restorative and judicial proceedings”.
