The excellence research group MedArbValencia organised the seminar: "Dos cuestiones sobre arbitraje" (A Couple of Issues with Arbitration) for the Master’s Degree in Law, Business and Justice of the Universitat de València.
There were two Spanish important specialists of the field: the professor of International Private Law of the UNED, Miguel Gómez Jené, and the professor of Procedural Law of the Universidad Pablo de Olavide de Sevilla, José Antonio Colmenero.
In the seminar that took place on 19th November in the room 315 of the Faculty of Law of the Universitat de València, the problem of arbitration agreements and the cancellation of arbitration sentences was discussed.
