On October 20, 2017 was held the public competition for the position 6632 Professor attached to the Department of Administrative and Procedural Law of the Universitat de València.
The titular commission designated by the University for its evaluation was presided over by the Professor of Procedural Law of the Universitat de València, Dr. Silvia Barona Vilar, with the secretary being the Professor of Procedural Law of the Universitat de València, Dr. Elena Martínez García. Elena Martínez García and members: Professor of Procedural Law at the University of the Basque Country, Dr. José Francisco Etxeberria Guridi, Professor of Procedural Law at the University of Seville, Dr. María Isabel González Cano, and Professor of Procedural Law at the Universitat Jaume I of Castellón, Dr. Andrea Planchadell Gargallo.
The members of the Commission unanimously agreed to provisionally grant the position to Ana Montesinos García, Professor of Procedural Law at the Universitat de València, doctoral research staff and member of the MedARb research group.
