Prof. Ana Isabel Blanco organized and directed this seminar, which took place on May 11 at the UV Law School.
The seminar was aimed at students of civil procedural law and the UV Degree of Law, and aimed to cover the procedural problems arising from the protection of collective and business interests, as well as those arising from the processes of division of estates.
To this end, professors from the Universitat de València itself and other universities have been involved. Thus, Dr. Ana Montesinos García and Prof. Elena de Luis -both members of the MedArb group- and Prof. Patricia Llopis and from other Universities, Dr. Diana Marcos, Director of the Department, participated as speakers from the University of Valencia. Of Public Law of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Valencia "San Vicente Mártir", Dr. José Juan Castelló Pastor, contracted Juan de la Cierva in the University Jaume I of Castellón and Dr. Juan Carlos Vegas Aguilar, of the Catholic University of Valencia.
