The seminar took place at the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso in Chile and was organised by the Master’s degree in Law of the Faculty of Law. There intervened the PhDs Carlos Esplugues and José Luis Guerrero.
PhD Carlos Esplugues Mota, manager of the Master’s Degree in Law, Business and Justice and member of the MedArb Research Group (UV), Took part in the seminar “Internacionalización de la Empresa: Actuales desafíos en el Derecho Internacional y Comercio Exterior”. The intervention was moderated by the general secretary of the PUCV, PhD José Luis Guerrero Becar, graduated from MUDEJ and collaborator of the MedArb Group.
