The conference analyses the plurality of factors that unchained the transition at Europa since the medieval world at the renaissance: social, ideological, cultural, technical and scientific. And it analyses the transformation of the anatomical learnings, physiological, clinical, therapeutic, including the surgery. It talks of some of the principal protagonists in Spain: *Vesalio, Valverde of *Hamusco, Colombo, *Servet, Valls, *Laguna... and of the paper of the hospitals and the universities.
