Organizations for individuals with intellectual disability
Description: This research line focuses on how organizations, employees, and family members improve the quality of life of individuals with intellectual disability. In addition to variables such as eudaimomic organizational culture, service quality, service climate, and dialogue between workers and family members, we investigate interventions to improve critical aspects of quality of life such as social inclusion and self-determination of individuals with intellectual disability.

Description: This research line focuses on the interrelation between the contact employee, the organization, and the customer. Main topics are functional and relational service quality, service climate, and customer satisfaction, among others. It is examined how organizational processes, employee cognitions, affect, and behaviors, and customer reactions are interrelated.
