Can I access these grants if I am a student of an official master's degree at the Universitat de València but I have a specific master’s degree? 
Yes. These grants are for students enrolled in official master's degrees and doctoral programmes. If you have enrolled in an official master's degree you can apply for it, as long as you don’t have any official master's degree completed.

I am a doctoral student and I have a grant for a research stay at the University of the Balearic Islands that covers part of my expenses. Can I apply for this grant?
No. This grant is incompatible with any other grant or payment for the same activity.

I have been awarded this grant to carry out a research stay at the University of Lleida. I would like to attend a seminar organised by this university for another application period, can I apply for a grant for this seminar?
Yes. Only one application per person can be submitted for one activity in each period. If they are two distinct periods, you can do so.

I have attended a conference at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, can I apply for this grant?
No. The Drac Formació Avanzada grants are exclusively for activities that have not been carried out.

I want to do a course organised by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. The start date of the course is within the second application deadline and the end date is within the third application deadline. When do I have to apply for the grant?
You will have to apply for the grant before the start date of the course.

What are the requirements of the activities to be eligible for this support?
This grant is for activities that are not being carried out at the time of application. They must be organised by the Xarxa Vives universities and involve a journey of more than 50 km from the university of origin to the destination university. In addition, they must be carried out outside the applicant's usual place of residence.

The certificate of attendance for the course I attended does not show the start and end dates of the activity. Is this certificate valid?
No. The certificate has to include the start and end date of the activity and the place where it took place, and has to be issued by the organising entity.

Does the amount of grant given cover the full costs of accommodation, travel and registration for the conference I will attend?
Expenses always have to be justified. In any case, the call establishes a maximum for accommodation and registration of 420 € and a maximum for travel expenses (depending on the destination). Living expenses are not included.

How long do I have to submit the documentation to justify the expenses I have incurred?
Each application deadline has an associated deadline for the submission of supporting documentation.

The grant is published on the official Universitat de València notice board with notification effects and is communicated to the interested party through the Universitat's Online Office.
