The Chair for International Finance - Banco Santander of the Universitat de València took part once again this year in the award ceremony of the Extraordinary Awards and Best Academic Records of the Business and Economics field for the 2023–2024 academic year, recognising the academic excellence of the students of the Faculty of Economics.
During the ceremony, held on 13 June on the main hall of the Faculty, the effort, commitment and dedication of the best students and graduates were publically recognised. At the event were present the Vice-Principal for Economics and Infrastructure, Justo Herrera; Dean, Francisco Muñoz; and other institutional representatives as well as relatives, friends and teachers.
Dr Begoña Herrero, Head of the Chair, participated in the ceremony giving the awards sponsored by the Chair to three of the most outstanding academic records of the course.
- Degree in Business Administration and Management: Carmen Isabel Tortosa Mor. Awarded by Dr Begoña Herrero, Head of the Chair.
- Master’s Degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences: Aaron Queralt Fontanet. Awarded by Dr Begoña Herrero.
- Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance: Huizheng Liu. Awarded by Dr Begoña Herrero, Head of the Chair
