On 27 September, the Seminar ‘Mediation from a judicial perspective’ was held as part of the activities of the Professorship for Mediation Culture, in an open forum aimed at undergraduate and postgraduate students, in order to convey the importance of judicial participation in referrals to mediation. The four speakers presented their respective projects and experiences in mediation.
