Within the activity programme of the Chair for the Transformation of the Economic Model: Circular Economy, we have organised a series of online seminars with the aim of analysing the keys to transition towards an economic model based on circular economy. This entails the implementation of new processes and new ways of acting that are more efficient and sustainable at an economic, social and environmental level.
To address this challenge, it is necessary to promote public-private collaboration and coordination among all the economic and social actors in order to take advantage of the opportunities derived from this paradigm shift that guarantees an economic and social growth, both lasting and sustainable.
This series of seminars take place weekly and are held on Thursdays from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. The next seminar will take place on 13 November under the title:
The revaluation of sludge as a tool to promote circular economy and energy generation in the water sector
It will be held by Dr. Águeda Bellver Domingo, researcher from the Water Economy Group of the Universitat de València.
Upcoming sessions will be announced over the next few days.
