The leadership in the change of owner in the familiar company, debate in the University

The first gathering-breakfast in the new period of the Chair of Family-Owned Business will treat useful tools and tactics to have a effective change of owner in a family-owned business.

The change of owner is one of the most difficult and important parts in the evolution of a family-owned business. The Chair of Family-Owned Business of the UV analyses, the 15 April, this challenge from the point of view of the successor, person generally of the family that assumes the leadership in the organization.

In a breakfast-gathering in the head office of the AVE (Valencian Business Association) at 9 h of 15 April. The Chair of Family-Owned Business would talk about the feelings that the new director have, the importance of the person who was before in the charge and how the company can create an adequate context to increase the successes in the new company period. They will also treat other important issues, as the role of the stockholders, managers and workers, and the actions that may support the management of the process of change.

All these issues will be treated in the debate, with the participation of the director of the Chair of Business of the UV, Alejandro Escribá; the CEO of Guzmán Global, Fidel García-Guzmán; and the  CEO of Grefusa, Agustín Gregori Bernabeu.
