Goals

To train professionals capable of becoming a strategic resource for socio-economic development at the local scale (Employment actors and Local Development).
To provide an extensive training on concepts, tools and skills to enable effective management of change processes, and also the design and implementation of socio-economic strategies with a particular focus on labour and business areas.

Specialisations

Organisation, Social Economy and Economic Development (UV and UJI): the contents of this specialisation refers to business strategic direction and management, social economy, regional development, financial management, etc.
Cooperation, Public Management and Local Development (UV): this specialisation addresses topics such as development cooperation in Spain and in the world, immigration, administrative law and types of management in public administration.The studies of this master’s degree are included in the Doctoral training programme for those students who take the research academic pathway. Thus, the Master’s Degree in Management and Promotion of Local Development provides access to the Doctoral Studies in Local Development and Territory.
