• In the teaching planning as well as in the assessment system, this training project which is legal-business focused has been projected in the contents of the procedure of teaching and learning. It has organised this Master’s degree from is very first edition around problematic centres of interest in which different knowledge areas converge and each one contributes with its peculiar point of view and allows the global contemplation of the problem in its different dimensions, as demanded in practice by those who attend in demand the legal advice.
• Because of that, the decision at first was to avoid a traditional subject sorting by areas or departments, making all those which were affected take part around such centre or problem. Because of that, the learning procedure is not linear nor still developing knowledges of a certain area successively and independently. Instead of that, it is circular and concentric, and it enlarges itself one problem at a time ─ knowledge, competence, acquired abilities with the previous problem, in which all implicated areas have contributed to deal with it and to solve it.

On the other hand, it also promotes a teaching procedure and a work group assessment procedure. The students is asked to contribute and reflect about certain matters and problems, not only just as simple speculations about normative texts. They must be located around suchlike environments to the reality to answer different legal aspects, whatever they area is, provoking addressed problems.
