Cesáreo Gutiérrez, full university professor of Public International Law in the University of Murcia, will teach the seminar entitled “Responsibility to protect and right of veto” on Wednesday 7 May at 16:30 in the Western Departamental Building, room 4P12.

Cesáreo Gutiérrez, full university professor of Public International Law in the University of Murcia, will teach the seminar entitled “Responsibility to protect and right of veto” on Wednesday 7 May at 16:30, within the framework of the Master’s degree in Human Rights, Democracy and International Justice. Professor Gutiérrez has collaborated as a consultant for the Spanish Government Delegation in several bodies of the United Nations in Geneva Vienna and New York, such as the Legal Subcommittee of the Committee on the use of outer space for peaceful purposes and the Committee on strengthening the principle prohibiting the use or threat of force. He is the author of more than a hundred publications on Public International Law and European Union Law, including the international responsibility of the international organisations in the light of the final draft articles of the International Law Committee (Comares, 2012).
