The Curriculum of the Doctoral Studies in Specific Didactics does not include research training period, as this is constituted by the Master’s Degree in Research in Specific Didactics or other master’s degree providing an equivalent research training.
When a candidate for the Doctoral Studies in Specific Didactics has a partial research training, the Doctoral Studies Academic Committee may conditionally admit him/her to pass certain subjects of this master’s degree.
The basic sequence of activities for a doctoral students is the following:
- Admission to the programme.
- Assignment of a research topic and a doctoral thesis supervisor.
- Preparation of the doctoral thesis project.
- Development of the research project and composition of the thesis report.
- Defence of the doctoral thesis in the presence of the Assessment Committee for this purpose.
