Once again, the Spanish Society of Microbiology (SEM), through the group specialised in Teaching and Dissemination of Microbiology, jointly with a variety of universities and research centres, organises the annual Course of Initiation to Research in Microbiology Professor J.R. Villanueva.
This year’s edition is number XXVII and is organised by the Spanish Society of Microbiology (SEM) and the Universitat de València, with the participation of Elena González Biosca, Belén Fouz Rodríguez, and Sergi Maicas Prieto, teaching staff pertaining to the Department of Microbiology and Ecology of the UV and members of the Teaching Innovation in Microbiology group of the UV.
The course is intended for students of the last two years of the degree programme, specially in the areas of Life and Health Sciences and other areas related to Microbiology. It will take place from 8 to 11 July 2024 at the Botanical Garden of the Universitat de València and the registration period will remain open from 1 to 25 March 2024.
Students attending will gain membership in the Spanish Society of Microbiology (SEM) for a full year free of cost.
