How many CFU does each freeze-dried sample have?

We don’t know. At the CECT we don’t quantify the freeze-dried samples once the process has been completed. Viability and authenticity are checked in each new batch, but not the quantity. However, what we can say is that our freeze-dried samples there are around 10⁶ and 10⁸ cfu in almost all the strains.
