• Four new water, fountains, a more affordable menu and reusable cups

Valencia, Tuesday 26th September. - The school of Engineering of the Universitat de Valencia has made a bet in continuing building a more sustainable and ecologic campus. Therefore, they have decided to eliminate plastic from their installation and promote as much as possible the use of potable water fountains.

In fact, you can already drink from the four fountains that have been installed inside the cafeteria of the ESTE-UV; there in a corner and another one in the other corner. With this intitiative, where plastic cups have also been substituted by the glass ones, the goal is to eliminate non-recyclable one use plastic.

So much so that if you order a normal menu, the withour drink option has a cost of 5,95 euros, and the drink option 6,50 euros. This way you can eat without wasting money on the drink, plastic containers and you can drink from the fountains with the new eusable cups.

Make the mosrt of it and collaborate on building a more ecologic, economic, and sustainable space eliminating plastic, a short-therm goal.
