A document that officially certifies actions, situations or events for the purpose of administrative procedures or private legal relations.

Request a certificate

  • Through the Online Office:

Universitat de València has started the implementation of the Online Office UV through which you could access to the information, services and online procedures of the Universitat de València Administration. You could carry out the processes from any place and in any moment, avoiding this way the journeys to the UV locations.

The administrative procedures carried out through the Online Office have the same validity than if carried out in-person.

Progressively, Universitat de València will implement in the Online Office new services and electronic procedures.

  • In the Office of the Secretary:

People interested or authorised can go to the Office of the Secretary during service hours to ask for a certificate.

Types: (t depends on the type of the certificate if the payment must be done or not)

  • Enrolment Certificate. No fee
  • Certificate of Large Family Card renewal. No fee
  • Certificate of Enrolment Fees. No fee
  • Certificate of studies. Fee If it is for intern use of the Universitat de València, it has no fee.

Credit the fee, if applicable, and give back the payed receipt in the Secretary together with the application form

Within 7 days you can withdraw from the Office of the Secretary the corresponding certification and to do so you must bring the following documentation:

1. The paid receipt that we provide at the moment of the application.
2. The identity document (ID, passport, student card...)
