General Information

I. Secretary's Office procedures for the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry

Due to covid-19, face-to-face service has been suspended at the Secretary's Office of the Faculty, except for the collection/withdrawal of qualifications and applications of recognition of credits, for which it will be necessary to request a PRIOR APPOINTMENT. The rest of the procedures will be initiated by telematic means:

  1. Through the electronic headquarters of the Universitat de València, in those procedures that have been implemented, https://entreu.uv.es
  2. Enquiries from students enrolled in an official degree managed by the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry will be made through the Virtual Secretary's Office.
  3. For enquiries about procedures not included in the previous sections, you can send an e-mail to the specific addresses of the Secretary's Office.

II. Funcionament de la Secretaria

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, in order to carry out any consultation and/or administrative procedure, the student must present his/her valid National Identity Document (DNI or passport) or authorization of the person concerned (according to the model, signed and with a copy of the DNI of the person represented)

III. Electronic administrative procedures

The University of Valencia offers all citizens the ENTREU Electronic Site through which they can access information, services and electronic procedures of the University of Valencia Administration. The procedures can be carried out from any place and at any time, thus avoiding trips to the University offices.

The Virtual Secretariat also offers a range of information services to the various groups of users of the University of Valencia.
