Moreover, we also have worked in the preparation of Surveys, in Web Application development projects and we have taught several training courses.  

The projects developed are the following:

IMPROVING OF FOOD PROCEDURES AND PUBLICATION OF THE CONTENT MANAGER: the main goal of this project was the adaptation and improvement of the content management system of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for facilitating the process of classification and management of documentation. For this we develop the following tasks:

• The classification criteria of the documentation were standardised: In this task we collaborated with the University of Murcia for the preparation of a Thesaurus common to all components.
• The workflow of the Spanish Data Protection Agency was redefined in order to implement a System of Documentary Management according to its needs.
• The implementation of the Alfresco Documentary Manager was developed. Once it was implemented we configure it adapting this one to the needs of the Spanish Data Protection Agency and we proceed with the administration of the entire system.
• Procedures of Documents and Metadata extraction from other systems to Alfresco were implemented.
• Procedures of Automatic Anonymisation of Documents based on research and substitution of Marks and Patterns.
• Development and Implementation of Ontology of Data Protection for the Semantic Management of Published Contents.
• Design and implementation of automatic publication procedures of documents and metadata from Alfresco to the Public of Spanish Data Protection Agency website.
• We collaborated in the development of a Semantic Browser based on the Ontology of Data Protection.

DEVELOPMENT OF SURVEYS: we have developed several electronic surveys for guiding the citizenships in the compliance of the Organic Law for Data Protection; the result of this project is the EVALUA System currently accessible form the public website of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We also have developed surveys for checking the compliance of the Organic Law for Data Protection in the hospitals across the country.

DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL REPORTING SYSTEMS FOR THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT OF THE SPANISH DATA PROTECTION AGENCY: We make the analysis, design and implementation of an application J2EE for the Legal Department that will be responsible of the complete management of the workflow of legal reports. For this project we have made an analysis of the previous system and we have developed the programme needed for the management of legal reports in different departments of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, subsequently we implemented procedures of Automatic Anonymisation of Documents based on research and substitution of Marks and Patterns and finally all it will be integrated with the rest of Spanish Data Protection Agency systems including the Documentary Manager Alfresco.

TRAINING COURSES: During 2010 at the Spanish Data Agency for Data Protection a set of Specialised Training Courses were taught and it has implemented a continuous training programme. The courses that have been taught are the following:

• Management of Database servers
  
• Management and configurations of Applications J2EE Servers
  
• Management of Virtual Servers
  
• Administration of the Alfresco Documentary Manager
  
• Programming J2EE
  

Apart from the projects listed above, consultancy projects related to Documentary Management, Databases, Virtual Servers, also have been developed.

Currently, we are still working on the continuous improvement of Food Procedures and Publication of the Contents Manager and we have started to work in new projects. The projects that started in 2011 are the following:

DEVELOPMENT OF AID SYSTEMS FOR SOCIAL ACTION: For this project we should make the Analysis, Design and Introduction and Implementation of a J2EE application that will be in charge of the total management of Social Action Aids to which have access the staff of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (AEPD). This system should be implemented with the rest of systems of the AEPD including the Documentary Manager Alfresco.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE TRAINING COURSES SYSTEM: For this project we should develop the Analysis, Design, Introduction and Implementation of a J2EE application that will be in charge of the total management of the Training Courses to which the staff of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection have access. This system should be implemented with the rest of systems of the AEPD including the Documentary Manager Alfresco.

MIGRATION OF LEGAL REPORTS: This project is based on the migration of the historical archive of Legal Reports of the current system in Lotus Notes to the new System of Legal Reports in J2EE.
