The Institute of Molecular Science (ICMol) of the University of Valencia will host the eighteenth edition of the European School on Molecular Nanoscience (ESMolNa) from 18 to 23 May in Santa Pola (Alicante). This multidisciplinary event is aimed at encouraging interaction and debate between leading scientific research and the younger generation of researchers. The School is held annually as part of the Master's Degree in Molecular Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.
Physicists, chemists, biologists, engineers and other specialists in fields related to molecular nanoscience are gathering this week in Santa Pola for ESMolNa 2025. Once again, postgraduate students and postdoctoral researchers who work on the different aspects of nanoscience -basic and applied- from a molecular approach will have the chance to share space and knowledge with renowned scientific experts in the field.
The 18th European School on Molecular Nanoscience (ESMolNa2025) aims to provide an ideal setting for presenting and extensively discussing the current state of various areas closely linked to molecular nanoscience, including supramolecular chemistry, molecular electronics and molecular magnetism and its applications in emerging areas such as quantum technologies, spintronics, nanoelectronics, green energy or nanobiomedicine.
Organised by the Institute of Molecular Science of the University of Valencia and the Institute of Bioengineering of the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, ESMolNa is the final part of an intensive three-week advanced course held within the framework of the Master's Degree in Molecular Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.
The programme and further information can be accessed via the ESMolNa website.
