CaixaBank, through the “La Caixa” Foundation, has once again renewed its support for the MOTIVEM programme, an initiative from the University of Valencia and ADEIT that aims to promote students’ employability.
CaixaBank has allocated 20,000 euros for this programme, through the “La Caixa” Foundation. Moreover, the initiative has the support of the Valencian government, within the framework of the Campus for Innovative Entrepreneurship programme.
The initiative, run by the Office of the Vice-Principal for Employment and Training Services of the University of Valencia, is a pioneer in the Spanish university scene and encourages the generation of ideas in teams by students and teachers.
183 teams, made up of 733 students and 156 teachers, will participate in this year’s edition of MOTIVEM. 20 finalists will be chosen from the participating teams and 5 prizes will be awarded.
The meeting to formally renew this commitment was attended by Adela Valero, vice-principal for Employment and Training Services of the University of Valencia; Manuel Bañuls, director of the CaixaBank Centro de Instituciones in the Valencian Community; and Juan Manuel Penín, general manager of the ADEIT University-Business Foundation.
