Among the features of the new website, apart from the design, we have a new cover, with a direct link to Mètode Science Studies Journal – the annual review of the journal, indexed in prestigious international databases –, the «Most viewed» section or the «Call for papers» tab, where the open calls for next issues and their deadlines can be checked. This is a welcome addition for those interested in publishing in the journal.

In addition, in order to make the website more visual, the cover contains the latest Mètode TV videos, as well as the latest Instagram photos, since the journal is also present in that platform. From the homepage, the Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and Telegram profiles can also be accessed.

Regarding the content, our web will keep offering texts in Catalan, Spanish, and English, both from the printed publication and also exclusive web articles. The new website will grant access to more than 3,000 scientific documents published by ‘Métode’. Our objective is to keep advancing in the task of bringing science closer to the public.

The renovation coincides with the 25th anniversary of the journal, celebrated in 2017. In fact, another remarkable aspect is the special section ‘25 years of Mètode’, which will include an article of the coordinator of each of the highlighted monographs.
