A laptop for the new academic year: temporary loan of computers for students of the Universitat de València

From 1st to 25th September is open the application period of the call for the temporary loan of laptops to students of the Universitat de València. This initiative, which will lend 40 laptops throughout the academic year, aims to facilitate access to technological resources to those students who need them and contribute to reducing the digital divide, guaranteeing equal opportunities.
In order to ease the monitoring of university teaching, access to information sources and, in general, the normal monitoring of studies at the Universitat, the loan period for each laptop awarded will be for the entire 2022-2023 academic year.
Students enrolled in official Degree studies at the Universitat de València in the 2022-2023 academic year and who have obtained a favourable report on the fulfilment of the economic requirements of the general scholarships for post-compulsory studies announced by the Spanish Ministry for Education and Vocational Training can apply. In addition, there are also requirements for minimum credits enrolled (all requirements can be consulted in the rules of the call for applications).
The application form is available at the Online Office of the Universitat de València, at the Electronic Registry section. The award decision is expected to be made by the end of October. The beneficiary students can pick up their laptop at the offices of the SeDi Information and Promotion Service in Blasco Ibáñez during the 10 days following the publication of the resolution. The loaned equipment shall be returned to the same location by 10th September 2023.
