A seminar analyses Human Rights in the face of aging

The XVI International Seminar of Human Rights, organized by the Department of Political Legal Philosophy of the University of Valencia, that is held from the 13th to the 16th of February, will be focused on the aging problem. The seminar will take place in the conference room of the department, situated in the Faculty of Law (Tarongers campus).
The inaugural conference is celebrated Monday, February 13th at 16:30h, with the title “The challenges of aging for the Law”. Carlos María Romeo Casabona, Emeritus Professor of Criminal Law, will be in charge. He is also honorary director of the Chair in Law and the Human Genome Network.
“Aging together” is the title of the closing conference that will be given by Lukas Romero, professor of Philosophy in the European University, on Thursday at 19:15h. In between both conferences, during the entire week in the afternoons, other conferences, expert panels and sessions dedicated to communication, that will be forwarded to the congress, will be held. There is no inscription fee.
