Programme of activities

In the programme of activities, this academic year the Universitat offers the activity of training with the elderly, in collaboration with La Nau Gran.

It is an specific activity for people over 55 years old that want to improve their physical condition and optimise their cognitive capacity.

In this sense, the UV opts for functional programmes, focused in the pairing mind-body. The offer encompasses the training with the elderly, Pilates, tai chi or dance and movement. the Physical Education and Sports Service approaches the elderly people the possibility of improving their health, their functional capacity, their life quality and their independence.
