Held the first innovation panel of the PreincubaLab programme of the Universitat de València

The Pre-incubator Network of the Universitat de València has done today their first innovation panel within the framework of the PreincubaLab programme, with the goal of encouraging student participation and promoting entrepreneurship communities at university centres.

The main goal of the event was to validate and enrich an action map destined to the elaboration of a “Guide to increase student participation and create entrepreneurship communities at the centres of the Universitat de València”. During the session, a document synthesising the 152 proposals given by the students and teachers in charge of the Pre-incubators was presented. This document was compiled by the UVemprén specialist team during the academic year 2024-25.

The panel had broad representation of the board of the Pre-incubator Network of the Universitat de València, including the participation of the Vice-Principal for Innovation and Knowledge Transfer, Rosa Donat, as well as managers and teacher from multiple faculties and centres, such as the Faculty of Biology, the Faculty of Economics, the School of Engineering, the Doctoral School, the Faculty of Physics, the Faculty of Physiotherapy, the Faculty of Nursing and Podiatry, the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, the Faculty of Pharmacy and Food Sciences, the Faculty of Geography and History and the Faculty of Psychology and Speech Therapy.

The activity was carried out and designed by the UVemprén specialist team, with the support of professors Lola Garzón Benítez and Pau Sendra Pons.

Vice-Principal for Innovation and Knowledge Transfer, Rosa Donat, wanted to express her gratitude to the special dedication and participation of this entrepreneurship group, “it is an honour for me to participate in this event of such relevance for our academic community. From the organisation, profound gratitude was given to all participants for their enthusiasm and commitment, highlighting that this first panes has been a productive space to share ideas, experiences and opportunities that for sure will push innovation and entrepreneurship in the university community forward.
