The UBIC research group (Clinical Biomechanics Research Unit) of the Universitat de València is launching a free intervention programme for people with Subacromial Syndrome or Patellar Tendonitis.

The intervention programme is based on free physiotherapy treatment, lasting 8 weeks, at a rate of 3 days per week.

The project is currently recruiting volunteers. Therefore, if you suffer from any of these conditions or have acquaintances who do, you can contact the researchers of this group, who will explain in detail the treatment guidelines.

Participants will be randomly divided into 2 groups. Sessions will consist of the application of electrical stimulation together with therapeutic exercise. The duration of each session will be about 45 minutes. In addition, evaluations (before and after the treatment) will be carried out to monitor the effects. You can choose a morning or afternoon timetable.

If you want to participate or you know someone who can do it, or if you have any doubts about it, you can contact the research group by emailing ubic@uv.es.
